Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Lake Havasu City

The staff were very accommodating even though part of the group was late getting there.

I just received my order that I placed 2 1/2 hours prior to delivery- everything was cold and discusting!! I couldn’t believe it Red Robin is the first place I go to eat when I come to lake Havasu I look forward to it as I don’t have one where I live 🤨 it’s not at all the Red Robin of the past 🤨 discusting 😩

Brandon was an excellent table host. I have a three year old daughter with lots of energy and still working on patience so when he brought her food out immediately I was absolutely relieved. Just that alone helped make our lunch so much easier. Brandon was on top of clearing clutter from table and refilled drinks to perfection. It was one of my best experiences at a restaurant. Thank you for making it a regular place we know we can count on!!!

Great food (some of the best deep fried cod in town & French fries), awesome service! Waitress & other servers did something special for my friend for his birthday - a song & ice cream sundae. Would give 10 stars if possible!!

Red Robin is delicious to begin with!! However this Red Robin made my experience here extraordinary. The service was great. We got our food quickly and hot and all correct! The waitress was attentive and very nice. At the end of our meal I left my to go box on the table. It was my burger I had only taken one bite out of. I called back and told the story of how I forgot it but that it was my only dinner and asked if I could come get it. I was then put on with the manager, Matthew, because they had already cleared the table and thrown the burger away! He was very understanding and helpful! He offered me a new burger to come get! When I picked it up I realised he also threw in some fries for me too!! A wonderful experience with good, hardworking people. I would definitely recommend this Red Robin to anyone!!

Good burgers, and service is great every time I've been. I went last on a Sunday afternoon, and the place had plenty of people, but was pretty calm. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff good food

Went for my bday, got my free burger (Cowboy Tavern Double) and fries, delish! Husband had the Bleu Ribbon and that was really good. Then we topped it off with a Mile High (ice cream) Mid Pie. That was much better than I thought it would be!

Great food but way smaller portions for the money

My first visit ever to a RR. Great service, food was delicious, onion rings a bit greasy. Bathrooms are in dire need of an update, faucets were caked with gunk. Base of toilets was disgusting. If your bathrooms are that bad what does the kitchen look like? Corporate headquarters needs to come have a look what they are representing as Red Robin!

I went into this location on Thursday for lunch. I was seated at a high top table in the bar area.The server came quickly and suggested a drink, which I agreed to. It was very good. She took my order and the food came quickly and was very appealing to the eye. I tried the burger and it was delicious!All in all, great experience... I'll be back.

Clean and bright during our visit, with an impressive menu selection. Service was fast and attentive (thanks Ash!), with good food at fair prices, we especially liked the "endless sides" options!

Great food, drinks and service!

First of all, service was good. Food is slipping. Bacon Cheeseburger is smaller than it used to be and had essence of bacon. I Had to hunt for it. It was the thinnest slice of bacon I have ever seen. To top off everything, my stomach became very upset and I was sick ny the time I got home.

Had a great dinner. Katie was our server and was very helpful and patient with our group. We all enjoyed.

Nice place, friendly people, excellent waitress. I recommend asking if you can be in her section. Friendly, cute, dark hair and braces. Name is Ashley.

The new fried zucchini with the campfire sauce is a good alternative to French fries.

Good burgers and fast service, just not very attentive

Decent food. Good vibe. Big bar to accommodate a drinking crowd with a big restaurant to accommodate families. Calling them "gourmet" burgers is a stretch. If I can't order a burger rare or medium rare, it shouldn't be called gourmet. Waiter asked if I wanted it with pink or without pink. I said as much pink as humanly possible and it came out with 0 amount of pink. I still scarfed it down and was moderately satisfied. Great, attentive staff knocks this from a 3 star rating to a 4.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and had it delivered through postmates. The delivery driver was great but the food on the other hand was something else. I ordered a medium cooked cheeseburger and this thing was blood rare I don’t even think it was cooked. I called and spoke to the manager told him what happened and his only comment was I will talk to the cooks. He tried to push it off in the delivery company. They didn’t cook it they just delivered it. Never again will I spend $24 dollars for a salad as that’s all I ended up eating and Red Robin will never see my face again. To many other choices out there.

Decent customer service I guess, however I won't be back at this location. Telling the customer he or she is wrong and that y'all don't offer a military discount is ridiculous. I don't provide patronage for people that don't support the military. Food was okay, but I had better.

Food was excellent as was the service. Onion wings were superb. The dressing for salad was out of this world. I believe it was a poppyseed type dressing.

Great place to eat. Their burgers are awesome and there is always something new to try when we come here. The onion rings tower is delicious too! The atmosphere is really relaxed and cozy. It doesn't get too loud here. Their customer service is friendly and quick. If you want a nice place to eat come here.

Service was Great! Food was Delicious! We had Onion Ring Appetizer, Whiskey Chicken Wrap and Freckle Lemonade. Campfire sauce is my Favorite. We Will Definately be Back!

They have new health and safety measures.Reducing their seating capacity 50% leaving plenty of space between occupied tables. And have awesome DoorDash delivery, Me!

Good food , good service and great personnel can't get any better

Red Robin has always been a favorite. This specific restaurant is the best Red Robin I have ever been to!!! After a long day on the lake, we came here for dinner. Our waitress, Ashlee P, was amazing!!! With a group of 11, she did an outstanding job! Our drinks never went empty, our fries were prompt and hot. The best part is that she always had a great smile! We will definitely be coming back again!
